Shmody helped All of it Now create stage graphics for Halsey’s performance on the 2019 MTV Millennial Awards. For “Without Me,” real-time graphics were implemented to generate fluid particle fields, pulsing to the rhythms of the beat and the swells of Halsey’s lush vocal melodies. For “Nightmare,” the aim was to create a chaotic counterpoint to the first song, complete with glitchy, distorted flames. Displayed on a massive LED stage, the resulting performance was an audio-visual journey through cascading waterfalls and perilous fires.
