Using a wide range of digital and analogue VFX, in combination with photogrammetry and filmed footage, Shmody directed and animated a music video for the San Francisco shoegaze band, Laundry Night. “Broadcast” tells the story of a zealous scientist who, in the dead of night, sets out to upload and transmit the band through time and space. Glitches ensue…
